Objects
The objects of
our study include the energy performance of the
installation in terms of production, distribution
and applications. Taking into account your
quantitative and qualitative needs for compressed
air, we propose possibile optimisations
achievable through increased reliability,
improved quality, reductions in volumetric costs
and, where applicable, reductions in demand.
Costs of compressed air
An analysis of
the energy breakdown of a compressed air system
shows that as little as 10% of the input power
supplied to the compressor is delivered as
compressed air to the system.
Experience of
compressed air audits shows that it is usually
possible to save 10% to 30% with very little
capital outlay.
Evaluation of investment
We provide an
evaluation of any investment necessary and the
estimated time to return. We can present this
