The same device
enables measurement of all flow rates between 0.1
cm³/min and 10,000 cm³/min.
Leak rate
The result can
be displayed as leak rate with respect to the
nominal flow rate of the valve.
The system is
composed of three laminar flow meters, each of
them covering a part of the specified operating
range.
Automatic
choice of the appropriate flow meter
The S320
Controller directs all operations, managing the
opening and closing of valves and automatically
choosing the appropriate flow meter according to
the measured flow.
Parameters are
preprogrammed
The physical
properties and thresholds of tolerance for each
type of valve to be tested are preprogrammed into
the S320 Controller. Thus, the user needs only to
introduce the type of valve to be tested into the
Controller.
Quality sheet
A quality sheet
can be printed for each tested valve. This sheet
indicates the result, date, and time of the test,
as well as the characteristics of the valve.
